The staff was attentive. the room was brand-new. the bed was comfortable. the location was ideal, very close to the castle and the center of Ciutadella. Overall, I had a very good experience and would stay here again. .

Functional and ideal hotel with the sea view. Variety of food at the rich breakfast. Comfortable bed and well-equipped and nicely furnished room. Quiet location short walk to the city centre, many bars, restaurants and cafes, and the historic centre of town, and beaches in the south east, and excellent service. Also, to a very c grade beach.

The hotel and restaurant were excellent. The staff were friendly and the service was top-notch. The rooms were comfortable and the sea view rooms and suites were amazing. The buffet-style restaurant served delicious food with show cooking by the flamboyant Domi.
The only negative was the unavoidable sound of doors banging in the morning during breakfast. How delightful!

The hotel rooms at Port Ciutadella were absolutely amazing! The jetted bathtubs were a dream come true after a long day of exploring. And let's not forget about the air conditioning - it kept us cool and comfortable throughout our stay. Plus, the free WiFi was a great perk for staying connected with friends and family back home. the rooms were cozy and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation.
Personally, I wasn't a big fan of the shower/tub combinations with jetted bathtubs. But hey, that's just my preference.
